Introductory Lesson for Beginners

This one-time drop in style introductory lesson is designed for anyone who is interested and completely new to learning Chinese. This lesson will be hosted recurrently every Thursday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Please note that students are required to make an appointment either on ClassPass or on our website before your arrival.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring a friend or friends with you. Send us an email at info@sishumandarin.com and we will waive the class fee for your friend.

What will I learn in this beginner Chinese lesson?

This lesson is an introductory Chinese class for any beginners to take. It will cover the foundations of Chinese. You will walk away with the basics of Chinese, such as pinyin and tones. You will also learn some beginner level Chinese sentences, such as greetings and self-introduction.

What’s the next step once I complete this introductory beginner Chinese lesson?

Generally, after completing this lesson, we encourage students to take our one-on-one Chinese classes. We also have semi-private plans for family and friends, as well as online group classes for beginners.
