Class time: 60 minutes/class.
Class frequency: 4 classes/month.
Registration fee: $49 (one-time, non-refundable). Please make your payment here to reserve your spot.

Class materials: HSK Standard Course.

How Enrollment Works
Pay the registration fee to get your spot reserved.
After we receive your registration fee, you will be invited to our Google Classroom, where you will see class updates and materials.
Sign up for the class to become an official student. Your monthly payment must be set up before your first class. You don’t have to make the monthly payment now. We will send you an email reminder once we approach the class start date.
Cancellation, Make-Up & Refund Policies
As this is a group class setting, there will be no cancellations, rescheduling, or make-up classes. However, you may cancel your membership at any time.
Free trial lessons are not available for group classes.
All students must choose a designated class appropriate to their level. Students may transfer to a higher or lower-level class if seats are available.
Refunds are not available for any missed or unused classes.
All subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.

Our live online classes follow the HSK 1–4 curriculum, taught by experienced teachers from our NYC-based Chinese language school.
Absolute Beginner (HSK 1)
Comfortable level
Level 1 (HSK 1) is perfect for individuals with no prior experience in learning Chinese. This level corresponds to a first-year college course (Chinese 101) or a high school course (Chinese 1). We will be using the HSK 1 Standard Course textbook for this level.
Students are expected to complete this level in 40-48 hours.
Beginner High (HSK 2)
Comfortable level
Level 2 (HSK 2) is ideal for those who have learned Chinese for at least 6-9 months and can successfully pass the HSK 2 test (with a 90+ score). Students should be able to recognize at least 250 Chinese characters.
Students are expected to complete this level in 48-60 hours.
Intermediate Low (HSK 3)
Comfortable level
Level 3 is best suited for students who have studied Chinese for at least 1.5 years or who have achieved a score of 90 or higher on both the HSK1 and HSK2 tests. It may also be slightly easier for those who have passed HSK3. Students should be able to read a minimum of 600 characters and must know how to type in Chinese as well as read Chinese characters.
While writing ability is not required, it is strongly preferred. Although this class is accessible for those who are conversationally fluent, it might be challenging for students who don’t read or write any Chinese characters.
Students are expected to complete this level in 72-80 hours.
Intermediate High (HSK 4)
Comfortable level
Level 4 is best for students who have finished HSK 3 (scored 90+ on HSK 3 test) or who can read or mostly understand Chinese newspaper articles. Students can converse fluently in Chinese and recognize at least 1,000 Chinese characters. Students need to know how to type in Chinese.
Students will complete Level 4A in 40-48 hours before progressing to HSK 4B, which will also take 40-48 hours.
