Cancellation and Make-Up Class Policy

Given that this is a group setting, please take note that there will be no refund issued for any absences (excused or unexcused). In addition, we will not issue a refund for any unused classes once payment has been made. We will not provide make-up classes for any absences caused by students.

About Class Tardiness

We strive to create a class environment that is fair for all students and teachers. 

We set scheduled times for our weekly class so we can correctly meet our instruction goals. Everyone in the class strives for success in Chinese, and having a single student arrive late causes our standards to slip, which is also unfair to your classmates and teacher who are following our high standards.

Please note that late students might not be allowed to enter the class. Please try to join at least 1–2 minutes early before your class start time. Frequent and continued lateness may result in the termination of your class.

Make-Up Classes

A make-up class might be applicable in the following situations (caused by us, holidays, or unforeseen natural factors).

1. The class falls on a holiday.

2. Extreme weather conditions, such as snowstorms.

3. The teacher has fallen ill.

Should any of the above situations happen, we will offer a make-up class.

• Class length: 60-minute/class

• Class frequency: 4 classes/month

• Textbook: HSK Standard Course

• Refund is not available in any form

• Students can cancel their class subscription on our website at any time. We will not cancel your subscription on your behalf.
