Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only available for unused classes.

• A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase or before the completion of the first two classes, whichever comes first.

• Discounted items or class packages are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

• For payments made via credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank for information on when the credit will appear in your account.

Group Classes

• Refunds are not available for group classes.
