曼哈顿联合广场/华盛顿广场公园附近菁英家庭,正在寻找一名全职中文保姆照顾兩位小男孩（5 岁，1.5 岁），家庭還有兼职保姆负责照顾 5 岁的孩子，此職位主要任務為照顾1.5 岁的幼兒。應徵者需有爱心、溫暖可靠且灵活有彈性帮助家庭日常生活運作。

职责包括：

  • 孩子们的安全、健康，包括基本的日常活动，例如淋浴/洗澡、换尿布、如厕训练、洗手以及基本的礼仪和行为

  • 接送上学和各种活动

  • 准备兒童營養饭菜和打扫卫生

  • 每天整理孩子房間和生活空间的共享区域（例如:起居室、遊戏室、大厅、儿童房）； 

  • 主要负责照顾每周上 3 天日托的 1.5 岁小孩以及全日制上学的 5 岁小孩的接送

  • 其他條件包括：需要為寶寶提供安全的、能激發興趣和潛能的成長環境；陪伴並指導孩子的活動，在家裡玩或者組織一些活動；在整個家庭去朋友家做客、出門就餐及其他各種家庭活動時為家庭提供支持。

  • 在家庭旅行的時候，可全程陪同，陪伴孩子的時候不能使用手機(除緊急事件外) 

保姆申请人要求：

  • 會講標準的中文和流利英文， 會基本的安全救助，包括急救及兒童心肺復甦

  • 在美國有合法工作資格,大學學歷具有教育背景為優先

  • 尋求可長期多年受雇工作者

  • 開学期间在曼哈顿工作，夏季（6 月至 8 月和一些假期）在纽约州贝尔波特（长岛）工作

  • 應徵者需有自己的车开往长岛；工作時用雇主的車接送孩子去參加暑期夏令營和其他活动

  • 需要全額報税,雇主給W2報稅

工作详情：

  • 全职周一到周五，早上 7.45 到下午 6 点，但有灵活性可以協商, 偶爾週間需要加班過夜,週末上班

We are a two-mom family seeking a full-time nanny to take care of our boys (5 years old, 1.5 years old), and primarily our youngest. Both parents work full-time, so we are looking for a loving, reliable, and flexible person to help support our family. We live downtown near USQ/Washington Square Park and are an international household. We have an additional part-time caregiver who takes care of the 5-year old so we would mostly be looking for help with our 1.5-year-old. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Safety, health and well-being of the kids including basic daily routines of things such as showers/baths, diaper changing, potty training, washing hands, and basic manners and behaviors.

  • Drop off and pickup off to school, playdates, and various activities

  • Meal preparation and clean up, with size up in evening for the family to eat together on occasion

  • Daily tidying of the kids’ and shared areas of the living spaces (e.g., kitchen, living, play, hall, kids’’ rooms); there is a weekly housekeeping

  • Spending thoughtful educational and fun time (including outdoors) with kids without electronic devices

  • Primary responsibility is the care of 1.5 year old who attends day care/school 3 days a week and some items for 5 year old who is full-time in school (e.g., pickup/drop off)


Candidate qualifications:

  • Speaks and writes native, fluent Mandarin Chinese and functional English

  • Able to work in Manhattan during the school year and in Bellport, NY (on Long Island) in the summer (June-August and some holidays)

  • Access to their own vehicle to drive to Long Island; comfortable driving kids to camp and activities using the family car

  • Can manage salaried employment with tax withholding


Other preferred qualities:

  • Experience in education (e.g., worked in a school)

  • College degree is a plus

  • Ability to travel abroad or sleep over as needed

  • Very flexible to work late as needed, or on weekends; interested in overtime

  • Looking for long-term, multi-year employment


Role details:

  • Full-time M-F, ideally 7.45AM to 6PM but we have some flexibility

  • Paid vacation

  • Prepaid travel card for commuting

  • Gas stipend for driving to Long Island

  • Contributions for health care insurance premiums (Caregiver selects and contracts independently)

Salary:

  • $30 - 35 per hour
