主要职责

一、普通话沉浸与语言教学

  • 普通话环境：与孩子全程使用普通话交流，确保语言输入的纯正性与流利度，帮助孩子建立接近母语水平的理解与表达能力。

  • 阅读与识字启蒙：通过游戏、绘本和故事，引入适龄的汉字（简体或繁体皆可）、拼音及基本笔画顺序。

  • 词汇拓展：在日常生活中持续进行语言描述（如穿衣、吃饭、游戏等），系统性地扩展孩子的生活与学术词汇。

二、早期教育与能力发展

  • 课程设计：规划并执行每日“学习活动计划”，包括感官探索、艺术与手工、音乐（中文儿歌、民谣）及基础数学概念。

  • 成长记录：关注并引导双胞胎在精细动作、大动作、情绪管理及社交分享等方面的发展，针对双胞胎特点进行个性化支持。

  • 户外学习：每日带领孩子前往公园或博物馆，将自然与社会环境作为课堂，用普通话讲解科学与自然知识。

三、双胞胎照护与日常管理

  • 作息管理：全面负责孩子的日常安排，包括健康餐食准备（会做或愿意学习中式餐食者优先）、午睡及个人卫生。

  • 安全与协调：确保环境安全、有序，高效协调双胞胎的日常活动，给予每位孩子充分而均衡的关注。

  • 简单家务：负责孩子相关的房间整理、衣物清洗及游戏区域清洁。

We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and highly organized Live-In Nanny and Educator to join our family and support the development of our 2.5-year-old twins. This is not a traditional childcare role; we are looking for a professional who views themselves as a language mentor and early childhood educator.

The primary goal is to provide a 100% Mandarin immersion environment while fostering the twins' cognitive, social, and emotional growth during these critical formative years.

Key Responsibilities

1. Language Immersion & Tutoring

• Mandarin Excellence: Maintain an exclusively Mandarin-speaking environment with the children to ensure fluency and native-level comprehension.

• Literacy Foundations: Introduce age-appropriate Chinese characters (Traditional or Simplified), Pinyin, and stroke orders through play and storytelling.

• Vocabulary Building: Actively narrate daily activities to expand the children’s vocabulary in both conversational and academic contexts.

2. Educational Development

• Curriculum Planning: Design and execute a daily "lesson plan" that includes sensory play, arts and crafts, music (Chinese nursery rhymes/folk songs), and basic math concepts.

• Milestone Tracking: Monitor and support developmental milestones (fine/gross motor skills, social sharing, and emotional regulation) specifically tailored for twins.

• Outdoor Exploration: Lead daily outings to parks or museums, using the world as a classroom to teach science and nature concepts in Mandarin.

3. Attentive Twin Care

• Daily Routine: Manage all aspects of the twins' schedule, including healthy meal preparation (incorporating Chinese cuisine is a plus), nap times, and hygiene.

• Safety & Logistics: Ensure a safe, organized environment. Coordinate logistics for two toddlers, ensuring both receive equal attention and individualized support.

• Light Household Help: Maintain the cleanliness of the children’s rooms, laundry, and play areas.

Salary: $5-8K/month
