长岛市诚聘全职普通话保姆（4月或5月初开始）

您好！我们住在长岛市，正在寻找一位全职保姆，从4月或5月初开始照顾我们的女儿（具体时间可商量）。宝宝到时候大约3个半到4个月大，主要喝配方奶。

爸爸是华裔美国人，会说普通话；妈妈是韩裔美国人。我们希望宝宝从小能在普通话环境中成长。普通话流利为必须条件，同时需要能够用英语与父母沟通。

我们家庭氛围安静、有规律，希望找到一位有小月龄婴儿经验、性格稳重、做事可靠的人。希望能长期合作。

工作时间

• 第一阶段（7月/8月开始）： 保证每周40小时工作时间 周一至周五，上午8:30至下午4:30

• 第二阶段（7月/8月开始）： 保证每周40小时工作时间 典型工作时间安排： 周一至周四，上午8:30至下午6:30 周五，上午9:00至下午5:00

大多数情况下，每周工作时长约为45-48小时。加班费按纽约州法律规定支付。

妈妈每周在家工作两天，爸爸每周在家工作一天。在家工作时，我们会专注于工作，并希望保姆能够独立安排好宝宝的日常作息。

我们每年大约旅行4周。旅行期间照常发放保证工资，并会尽量协调年假安排。

工作内容

主要负责宝宝：

• 喂奶、冲奶

• 安排午睡和日常作息

• 安静、适龄的互动活动

• 宝宝洗衣、洗奶瓶

• 宝宝添加辅食后的准备

• 简单记录宝宝每天情况

不需要家庭清洁或做全家饭菜。没有宠物。

薪资与福利

• 合法报税（W-2）

• 时薪 $32–$36（根据经验而定）

We’re a family in Long Island City looking for a full-time nanny to care for our daughter starting in April or early May (flexible for the right person). She will be about 3.5–4 months old at that time and will be primarily formula-fed.

Dad is Chinese American and speaks Mandarin, and Mom is Korean American. We would like Mandarin spoken to our daughter during the day. Fluent Mandarin is required, and the nanny must also be comfortable communicating in English with both parents.

We keep a calm, predictable home environment and are looking for someone kind, steady, and experienced with young infants. We hope to build a long-term relationship with the right person.

Schedule

Phase 1 (Start – July/August):

40 hours per week guaranteed

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm

Phase 2 (Beginning July/August):

40 hours per week guaranteed

Typical schedule:

Monday–Thursday 8:30am–6:30pm

Friday 9:00am–5:00pm

Most weeks will likely total around 45–48 hours. Overtime is paid according to NY law.

Mom works from home two days per week and Dad works from home one day per week. When working from home, we stay focused on work and expect the nanny to manage the baby’s routine independently.

We travel about 4 weeks per year. Guaranteed hours apply during travel weeks, and some PTO will be coordinated during that time when possible.

Responsibilities

The focus is fully on our daughter:

• Feeding and bottle prep

• Managing naps and daily routine

• Calm, age-appropriate activities

• Walks when appropriate

• Baby laundry and bottles

• Baby food prep when she’s older

• Simple daily updates

No heavy housekeeping. No cooking for the family. No pets.

Qualifications

• Strong infant experience (especially under 6 months)

• Fluent Mandarin

• Comfortable communicating in English

• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

• Reliable and professional

• Up to date on COVID, Tdap, and annual flu vaccinations

Pay & Benefits

• W-2 position (on the books)

• $32–36/hour depending on experience

• Open to discussing compensation for an exceptional candidate

• 40 hours guaranteed
