我们是一个温暖的双职工家庭，现居住在长岛市，诚聘一位会说普通话的看护，照顾我们3个月大的女儿。我们夫妻双方均不会说中文，希望找到一位能够通过日常互动帮助宝宝进行中文启蒙的保姆。

职位详情：

• 工作性质： 兼职，每日2-4小时

• 主要内容： 通过游戏、阅读、唱歌和日常互动，为宝宝提供持续的中文语言环境。我们通常在家办公/居住，因此该职位主要负责语言启蒙和辅助支持，而非全权负责所有育儿任务。

• 额外职责： 宝宝睡觉时，希望协助处理一些简单的家务，如整理玩具区、清洗宝宝的衣物、奶瓶以及简单的厨房清洁。

职位要求：

• 普通话为母语或流利程度接近母语

• 有婴儿护理经验者优先

• 责任心强，有耐心，喜爱儿童

• 能够用基础英语进行沟通（如果复杂交流需要，可使用翻译APP辅助）

We are a warm family of two professionals in Long Island City seeking a Mandarin-speaking caregiver for our infant daughter (3 months old). We do not speak Mandarin, but are looking for someone to help teach our child. This is a part-time role (2–4 hours daily) focused on consistent Mandarin exposure through play, reading, songs, and everyday interaction. We are usually home, so this is primarily enrichment and support rather than full responsibility for all childcare. During naps, light housekeeping is preferred (tidying play areas, baby laundry, bottles, light kitchen clean-up). Native or fluent Mandarin required; infant experience preferred. Must be reliable and able to communicate comfortably in at least basic English, even if a translator app is required for more complicated communication.
