康涅狄格州Ridgefield家庭招聘普通话保姆：兼职/全职，提供住宿，时薪$30-40

我们正在寻找一位保姆来帮忙照顾我们17个月大的女儿。我们希望保姆能只用普通话与她交流。

目前，她只听得懂普通话。父母双方都能用小学水平的普通话与她沟通。我们对保姆的唯一要求是不吸烟，保持良好的卫生和安全习惯，并且有责任心、守时。不需要有相关经验。

妈妈在家带孩子，所以保姆会和她一起工作。爸爸偶尔在家办公。我们更倾向于找一位兼职保姆，因为我们不需要太多工时。我们理想的工作时间是周一至周五下午2点到6点。

如果你是兼职，你可以自由从事其他工作，我们可以根据你的其他工作安排你的时间。我们愿意以每小时40美元的薪酬支付兼职工作。如果你需要全职工作，我们可以支付每小时30美元。

全职工作时间为上午9点到下午6点，中间有一小时的午餐休息时间。如果你是全职工作，你还需负责简单的家务、烹饪简单菜肴（10分钟）和洗碗（我们有洗碗机）。由于我们所在的康涅狄格州里奇菲尔德住房难找，我们为兼职和全职保姆提供住宿。

你将住在一栋新装修的4000平方英尺的房子里，拥有一间宽敞漂亮的房间。我们养了狗，但它们在你工作时不会出现，也不会进入你的空间。我们还养了一只猫，但它通常自己待着。无论是兼职还是全职，都可以享受联邦假日休息、带薪病假和带薪休假。

We are looking for a babysitter to help out with our 17-month-old daughter. We are looking for someone who will speak to her only in Mandarin. Right now, she only understands Mandarin – both mom and dad speak Mandarin at an elementary school level. The only requirements we have are that you do not smoke, you practice good hygiene and safety, and you are responsible/punctual. Prior experience is not required.

Mom stays at home with the baby, so you will be working with her around. Dad works from home occasionally. Ideally, we are looking for a part-time babysitter since we don’t need that many hours.

Our preferred schedule is 2-6 pm Monday-Friday. If you work part-time, you are free to take another job, and we can schedule your hours around your other job. We are willing to pay $40/hr at a part-time rate. If you need full-time hours, we can pay $30/hr. Full-time schedule will be 9 am-6 pm with a one-hour lunch break. If you are working full-time, you will also be doing light housekeeping, cooking simple dishes (10 min), and dishwashing (we have a dishwasher).  Since it is hard to find housing where we live (Ridgefield, Connecticut), live-in accommodations are available for both part-time and full-time.

You will have a large, beautiful room in a newly renovated 4000 sq ft home. We do have dogs but they won’t be around when you are working and they won’t be in your space. We also have a cat that keeps to herself. Federal holidays off, paid sick days, and paid vacation days for both part-time and full-time.
