For all classes:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please inform our teacher at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a deduction of your allocated class time.

For in-person classes:

To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class. Our lobby security may ask for your ID as part of the check-in procedure. Please note that late arrivals might not be allowed to enter.

We strive to create a class environment that is fair for all students and teachers. We set scheduled times for your class so we can correctly meet our instruction goals.
