No Guarantees

• Placement is not guaranteed

• A suitable nanny may not be found through our network

• Outcomes depend on availability, timing, compatibility, and independent decisions by both families and candidates

Fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

No Screening or Endorsement

We do not:

• Interview, screen, or evaluate candidates

• Verify qualifications, experience, references, background, English fluency, work authorization, or availability

• Recommend or endorse any specific individual

All candidate information is shared as provided by the candidates themselves.

Family Responsibilities

By using this service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• Interviewing and vetting candidates

• Conducting background checks, reference checks, and identity verification

• Confirming work eligibility and employment terms

• Making all hiring and employment decisions

Any employment relationship formed is strictly between the family and the nanny.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible or liable for:

• The actions, omissions, or conduct of any nanny candidate

• Misrepresentation by candidates

• Employment disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from interviews, hiring, or employment

You agree to release and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of this service.

Fair & Independent Model

• Nanny candidates do not pay us any fees

• We receive no commissions or compensation from candidates

• We remain a neutral, non-biased party throughout the process

This model allows us to offer this service at a significantly lower cost than traditional agencies.
