Please come to the 16th-floor upon arrival. When you're here, please enter through the main lobby located on the Broad Street side. The building staff at the lobby might ask for your ID for check-in reasons.

The bathrooms might be closed on the weekends and weekday evenings. However, you can ask anyone with a keycard in the building to help unlock the bathroom doors.

Please keep the entrance ticket with you if you need to leave or re-enter the building. The ticket is valid throughout the day.
