我们是一个年轻的家庭，有一个 18 个月大的儿子。他喜欢跳舞、音乐和在公园里玩耍（他没有特殊需要）。
我们正在寻找一个有爱心、有趣、有纪律、有组织的住家保姆来照顾他。我们住在泽西市（Jersey City）市中心，距离纽约大约 10 分钟路程。保姆的职责是照顾我们的儿子，从他起床到早上 6:30 到早上 7:00 到晚上 7:00 到晚上 7:30 左右睡觉。
保姆应该能够帮助他度过发育阶段（例如如厕训练、健康饮食、打扫卫生）。他整夜睡觉，晚上不需要任何照顾。保姆可以yong拥有yi'jian一间有三个壁橱的大私人房间，房间内还有私人浴室。需要注意的是，这个房间在我们家的四楼，所以希望保姆不介意用楼梯。
当我们的儿子小睡时，保姆会在中午有2-3小时休息时间。我们希望保姆能够为我们的儿子做所有的饭菜，并为家人做晚餐（中餐也可以）。
除了打扫厨房和给儿子洗衣服外，没有清洁责任。我们每两周提供一次清洁服务，还会为她打扫保姆的房间。我们是一个半华人半美国人的家庭，我们希望保姆可以用母语和我们的儿子说普通话——他懂普通话。
保姆会讲英语是最好的，但不是必需的。只要保姆不介意用手机的翻译应用程序就可以。我们想认识有兴趣每周工作 6 或 7 天的候选人。
每日报酬为 180 美元/天 + 标准带薪假期和预定休假。
我们还将支付保姆的电话费、MTA 卡和食物费。保姆必须在可以在美国合法工作。谢谢！

Hello! We are a young family with one 18 month old son. He loves dancing, music, and playing at the park (he has no special needs). We are looking for a loving, fun, disciplined, and organized live-in nanny to care for him. We live in downtown Jersey City, approximately 10 minutes from New York. The nanny's responsibilities are to care for our son from when he wakes up ~6:30am-7:00am until he goes to bed around ~7:00pm-7:30pm. The nanny should be able to help him through development stages (e.g. potty training, eating healthy, cleaning up). He sleeps through the night and doesn't need any care at night. We have a large private room with three closets and a private en-suite full bathroom for our nanny. Importantly, this room is on the fourth floor of our house, so this nanny must be comfortable with stairs. The nanny will get a 2-3 hour break in the middle of the day while our son naps. We would like the nanny to be able to cook all meals for our son, and cook dinner for the family (Chinese food is ok). No cleaning responsibilities besides cleaning the kitchen and doing our son's laundry. We have a cleaning service that comes every two weeks and will also clean the nanny's room for her. We are a half-chinese, half-american family and it is important that our nanny can speak Mandarin natively to our son - he understands Mandarin today. English is preferred, but not required, as long as the nanny is comfortable using the Translate App on their phone. We would like to meet candidates who are interested in working 6 or 7 days a week. Daily rate is $180/day + standard paid vacations and scheduled time off. We will also pay for the nanny's phone bill, MTA card, and food. Nanny must be legally allowed to work in America. Thank you!
