一个在中国（香港、上海、台北）生活多年后返回纽约市的上西区家庭正在为他们的 2 个孩子（一个 11 岁的女孩和一个 6 岁的男孩）寻找一名全职保姆。孩子们很乖，普通话流利，并且很喜欢他们以前的保姆。
8 月开始工作，时间通常是周一至周五上午11点至晚上 7 点。另外包括每周 1 晚的额外时间，到晚上 8 点 30 分/晚上 9 点。较晚的晚上时间可能每周有所不同，深夜将提供优步回家。
这个职位是全职的，需要根据孩子们的学校假期调整时间。例如，暑假和学校假期的相同 40 小时可能会转移到晚上 9 点到 5 点。父母双方都全职工作，妈妈每周有两天在家办公，但经常与客户有会议。如果保姆希望有加班时间，也是可以的。
保姆的职责主要是陪伴孩子们忙碌的下午，需要监督家庭作业，课外活动，玩耍，与孩子一起整理他们的物品。优步是首选的交通工具，孩子们没有安排好每一刻，所以请对在家和户外度过的时间感到舒适。孩子们下校车之前的时间是为孩子们准备晚餐（孩子们吃健康、简单的饭菜）和孩子们洗衣服。有一名清洁人员，每周进行一次深层清洁。
请根据需要进行全面的疫苗接种，包括 COVID + 加强剂，我们也对 COVID有 必要的预防措施。雇用时要求 CPR 认证。
报酬约为每小时 30 美元，要有保姆经验。我们住在纽约市里一栋著名的建筑中，所以保姆需要非常专业。保姆需要j讲普通话，不需要流利的英语（妈妈会说普通话）。假期包括长达4周的 PTO，以及病假、个人和联邦假期。

An UWS American family returning to NYC after living many years in Greater China (Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taipei) are seeking a full-time nanny for their 2 children, a girl age 11 and a boy age 6, beginning in August. Kids are very well behaved, fluent in Mandarin, and have loved their previous nannies.
The schedule is generally Monday to Friday from 11-7pm + 1 evening of sitting per week until 8:30/9pm. The later evening may vary weekly, and an Uber will be provided home for late nights. The role is full-time as there is need to adjust hours to the children’s school vacations. For example, the same 40 hours in summer and school vacations will likely shift to 9-5pm. This is needed as both parents work full time making this a role for those without other jobs. Mom works from home office two days per week, but has appointments with clients, so when nanny is working, nanny is in charge and the children are familiar and comfortable with this dynamic. Overtime is available if desired but is not required.
Nanny responsibilities are primarily to manage school aged children’s busy afternoons. Need to supervise homework, extracurriculars, playdates, work with kids to tidy their belongings. Ubers are the preferred method of transport and kids don’t have every moment scheduled so please be comfortable with time spent both at home and outside. Time before kids get off the school bus is for kids dinner prep (kids eat healthy, simple meals) and kids laundry. A housekeeper deep cleans weekly.
Please have full vaccinations including COVID + boosters as needed. The family use reasonable measures around COVID prevention as the pandemic ebbs and flows. CPR certification requested upon hire.
Compensation is around $30 per hour. Previous Nanny experience required. Family lives in one of the premier buildings in the city so Nanny needs to be professional [專業的]. Mandarin required, fluent English not required (Mom speaks Mandarin). Generous vacation, up to 4 weeks PTO, and sick, personal and federal holidays off.
